Open Mic Night is back for the third time!
After two experimental runs in 2023 where we saw 26 founders pitch their businesses, we are making Open Mic Night a permanent theme of Raid The Fridge twice each year. 🙂
Why Open Mic Night?
We are here for you with an Open Mic Night so founders can kick off 2024 with a solid startup hustle!
We want startup founders to meet and connect with fellow founders and investors — angels, venture capitalists, and business leaders to introduce and grow their networks and businesses.
Our previous two Open Mic Night sessions did lead to solid connections — an angel investor meeting and later funding a seedstage startup, and a startup founder meeting and later signing up new clients.
Pitching at Open Mic Night
To pitch your startup, all you have to do is sign up HERE.
You will, however, need the passion and right preparation for your elevator pitch of five (5) mins to a crowd of angel investors, venture capitalists, operators of incubation/acceleration programs, startup-focused service providers, mentors, and a community of experienced startup founders and successful entrepreneurs.
Please note that we will need to limit the number of speakers and we will give priority to startup founders who will submit their elevator pitch deck before the actual event.
What You Should Prepare

We leave it up to you if it’s a pitch for funding, a pitch for customers and partners through a product demo, or a pitch for talent and other critical business goals.
Raid The Fridge is here to provide the floor to get you the exposure you want, and practice answering questions from a friendly audience! Our Open Mic Night is your opportunity to refine your pitch, increase your network, and move forward with your startup.
Come join us: we will refill our Fridge with beers and you can swap startup stories, make new friends, and reconnect with old friends!
