BUSCALAN, KALINGA — Global online learning platform Nas Academy visited Maria Oggay, also known as Apo Whang-Od, and the Butbut Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) in Barangay Buscalan, Municipality of Tinglayan, Kalinga to formalize their reconciliation.
