In just a few clicks on the Filipino-founded app, fans—or “stans”—can shop digital collectibles created by their favorite celebs.
Metro Manila, February 13, 2023 – With its fool-proof platform for minting and shopping digital collectibles from celebs, Stanible has taken fan engagement, content creation, and the world of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) to the next level.
For the app’s official launch, Clubhouse MNL turned into a neon-lit playground with a cyberpunk motif. Attendees included content creators like Macoy Dubs and many other celebs who made the most of the funky, futuristic backdrop. They played, they posed, and yes, they created digital collectibles for their fans.
Popular comedy and podcaster group, The KoolPals, in collaboration with advertising agency GIGIL METAMA, presented their comical NFTs that unlocked many perks and benefits for their superfans.
Drag Race Philippines alumna Turing, who will also be dropping collectibles on Stanible, performed, rousing the crowd with her fierce lip-sync game. The afterparty was just as buzzing, with DJ Kat spinning fresh beats.
On top of the freshly minted tokens from the Stanible launch, the app already offers collectibles from celebs and well-known creators such as actors Gabbi Garcia, Khalil Ramos, Bianca Umali, and Arci Muñoz; musician Basti Artadi; the Boys Night Out hosts and radio personalities; DC comic book artist Harvey Tolibao; and many more to be announced soon.
The event was cheekily called “One Night Stan,” but Stanible isn’t about fleeting fan service. Instead, it gives both casual admirers and hardcore devotees next-level access to their fave personalities via collectible downloads and never-before-seen content. The app makes it easy to #StanNaAll.
Here’s how Stanible simplifies the NFT process: Just like they would on social media, celeb creators upload photos and videos on the app. These are then automatically minted into unique, exclusive digital collectibles for their stans. Collectors don’t have to be NFT experts or even crypto owners—Stanible offers common modes of payments, from major credit and debit cards to e-wallets like GCash and Maya. Digital photocards and collectibles on the platform aren’t just accessible, but affordable, too.
“We’re also stans, so we know how thrilling it is for superfans to gain unique, closer-than-ever access to their faves,” says Stanible CEO Mel Lozano-Alcaraz, who co-founded the app with Harry Santos, Ranvel Rufino, Jardine Gerodias, and John Bailon. “Stanible provides an unrivaled fan experience and a simple, convenient way for celebs to create NFTs especially for their stans.”
Stanible is now available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Stans can also sign up on Stanible.com and follow Stanible on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the latest updates on the app.
